Welcome to BugFlows ("BugFlows," "we," "us," or "our"). By accessing or using our services, you agree to abide by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). Please read them carefully before using our services.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using BugFlows services, website, or software (collectively, the "Services"), you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not use our Services.

These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and BugFlows. If you are using our Services on behalf of a company or organization, you represent and warrant that you have the authority to bind that entity to these Terms.

2. Description of Services

BugFlows provides a software-as-a-service (SaaS) platform for bug tracking, defect management, and software quality assurance. Our Services include but are not limited to:

• Bug tracking and issue management
• AI-powered bug prediction and analysis
• Project management and collaboration tools
• Analytics and reporting features
• Integration with third-party development tools

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Services at any time without prior notice.

3. Account Registration and Security

To access certain features of the Services, you must register for an account. You agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration
• Maintain the security of your account and password
• Accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account
• Not share your account credentials with others

5. User Content and Licenses

Your Content: You retain ownership of any content, data, or information you upload, submit, or store through the Services ("Your Content"). You grant BugFlows a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, modify, and display Your Content solely for the purpose of providing the Services to you.

BugFlows Content: The Services, including all software, text, graphics, logos, and designs, are owned by BugFlows or our licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, or distribute any BugFlows content without our express written permission.

6. Payment and Billing

Subscription Fees: Certain features of the Services may require payment of subscription fees. All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise specified. We reserve the right to change our pricing at any time with 30 days' notice to existing subscribers.

Payment Methods: You agree to provide accurate billing information and authorize us to charge your chosen payment method for all fees incurred. You agree to update your billing information promptly when it changes.

Automatic Renewal: Subscriptions will automatically renew unless you cancel at least 30 days before the end of the current subscription period.

7. Service Level Agreement (SLA)

We strive to maintain high availability of the Services. While we do not guarantee 100% uptime, we commit to:

• Maintaining commercially reasonable efforts to ensure the Services are available 99.5% of the time
• Providing advance notice of scheduled maintenance when possible
• Responding to service outages within a commercially reasonable timeframe

We are not liable for any downtime or service interruptions caused by factors beyond our reasonable control.

8. Intellectual Property Rights

All content, features, and functionality of the Services are owned by BugFlows and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not use our trademarks, logos, or service marks without our prior written consent.

9. Privacy Policy

10. Third-Party Services and Integrations

You retain ownership of all data you upload to the Services. Upon termination of your account, you may request export of your data in a commonly used format. We will provide such export within a reasonable timeframe, subject to applicable law and technical limitations.

12. Beta Features

We may offer beta, preview, or experimental features ("Beta Features"). Beta Features are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We may discontinue Beta Features at any time without notice.

13. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, BUGFLOWS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION, LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, RESULTING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICES.

IN NO EVENT SHALL BUGFLOWS' TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ALL CLAIMS EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID TO BUGFLOWS IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.

14. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless BugFlows and our officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including attorneys' fees) arising from your use of the Services, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any third-party rights.

15. Dispute Resolution and Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of [Jurisdiction], without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of [Arbitration Organization].

16. Termination

We are not liable for any failure or delay in performance due to causes beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, war, strikes, or governmental regulations.

19. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.

20. Waiver

Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms shall not constitute a waiver of such right or provision.

21. Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and BugFlows regarding the Services and supersede all prior agreements.

22. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of any material changes by posting the new Terms on our website and updating the "Last Updated" date. Continued use of the Services after such changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
